Privacy Policy
How we handle your information
Last updated: September 27, 2026. This site is operated by DAY OF DESIGN INC. (Toronto).
This English version is provided for convenience only. If it differs from the Chinese version, the Chinese version governs.
What we collect
We process the name, email, contact details and messages you submit, along with course access, registrations, bookings and learning progress. The site also records necessary visit and device information. The payment provider handles card details; we do not store your full card number.
How we use it
We use this information to verify sign-in, grant course access, arrange live and private classes, send course and meeting notifications, and improve the site. The live registration page shows your chosen public display name and the registration count to visitors, but not your email or payment details.
Where it lives
Service providers help us host the site, process payments, send email and deliver meeting invitations. We provide the information needed for those functions.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you, or unsubscribe from our emails, at any time. Email andy@dayofdesign.ca.
