Questions
How long is the membership? Will I be charged automatically?
12 months from the payment date. One payment — no automatic renewal or charge; renew at the then-current price if you like. Students who bought before October 1, 2026 keep their original terms.
I’m not a real-estate agent. Is it still for me?
Yes. The class demonstrates with everyday small-business tasks that you apply to your own customers, documents and business. It’s built for small-business owners and the self-employed.
What if I miss a live class?
Every class is recorded and uploaded with AI-organized key points and chapters, and you can replay it any time during your membership.
What do I need? Do I have to buy software?
A Windows or Mac computer and a phone for verification codes. The free version of ChatGPT is enough for the weekly class; please activate a paid plan before a one-to-one lesson. Software subscriptions are not included.
Can I get a refund?
Within 7 days of purchase, if you haven’t used any paid content, you get a full refund including tax.
